Kenneth Panda Anderson has a criminal record stretching back more than 50 years. Described in some books as the founder of the "Geordie Mafia" Anderson's associates have ranged from Freddie Foreman and Frankie Fraser in London to the Sayers family in his home town of Newcastle.
