Policy Text: A space blanket was placed over the body of the deceased in an attempt to protect the suspected scene of the crime. On the body injuries could be seen to the back and side of the head, believed to be consistent with gun shot wounds, the weather at this time was extremely cold with sleet and snow falling.
Since the previous day the temperature had remained low and the weather conditions variable with sleet and snow showers.
REASON
The identified crime scene to date is the body of the white male and all the allotment area known as Manchester Drive allotment Association. Information from Dl BRIGHT conveyed to me at Manchester Drive allotment Association area.
