Further to my statement dated 28 February 2001 (28/02/2001) regarding the allotments on Manchester Drive, Leigh on Sea , I have been asked further questions in relation to a vehicle which was abandoned on the entrance to the allotments from Manchester Drive.

Firstly I can state I can recall it was red vehicle, I do not remember the make or model of the car, when it first arrived although it was abandoned all the windows were closed and the doors secure, I believe this would have been around early February time 2001 (00/02/2001) approximately 2 weeks prior to the incident - within these first two weeks all the windows got smashed on this vehicle and the contents of it began to be shipped out of the car - the car remained like this until Friday morning just gone the 16 March 2001 (16/03/2001), when I arrived at the allotments the car had been set on fire and the fire brigade were putting the vehicle out.

The only person I have seen near to the vehicle is local kids.
